Let’s bloom together
Hi! I’m Brianna, an LMFT practicing in California. I believe growth and change develop in environments that are understanding, non-judgmental, and respectful. I have watched my clients transform their lives by re-discovering their strength, resilience, and autonomy. I’m committed to helping my clients flourish using warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based practice.
I have specialized training in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), all anxiety disorders, and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB), such as trichotillomania and excoriation. I have become skilled in using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Compassion and mindfulness practices inform my lens of client healing. My special clinical interests include the treatment of relationship OCD, religious scrupulosity OCD, emetephobia, and navigation of pet loss.
I also have an extensive background in supporting the young adult and college-aged population. I have worked on USC’s campus assisting students with time management, stress management, and self-care activities while they balance multiple academic and social obligations. I enjoy supporting young adults in their self discovery as they find restorative practices that are fitted to their routines and personalities.
You are the expert of your own life. This space is free of judgment and stigma. We can work together towards a thriving life by curiously and gently observing your patterns and behaviors. My hope is that you feel supported as you continue to bloom in all stages of your life.
